CONDITIONS
Lucid Parts
Very few of our parts are kept in stock; most of
our parts are made to order for you. We make
everything in our shops located in the Keystone,
FL (USA) or Calgary, AB (CAN). We are doing our
best to fill orders as fast and as soon as we
can. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please
inspect product immediately upon receipt of
shipment. Any damage after leaving our shipping
department is the responsibility of the carrier;
report it to your carrier immediately. All
products have shipping fees which are subject to
change without notice.
International Orders
Lucid Kustoms, LLC is not responsible for the
duties and taxes when shipping internationally.
Returns
All sales are final, we do not allow any returns
or refunds on products. Any returns will not be
accepted. There are absolutely no refunds at
all. Once the product is ordered, the product is
yours. We will consider special circumstances
and we will take this into account if you would
like to discuss something like this after the
order is placed.
Exchanges
Lucid Kustoms, LLC must be notified within 3
working days of the receipt of a shipment of any
shortages or incorrect shipments. If you
received the wrong item (different than was
originally ordered), we will reimburse you for
return shipping costs (standard ground
shipping), and then ship you out the right
product. Exchanges must be made within 10 days
of receipt of shipment.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
We are sorry if you missed out on a sale or you
order something the day before a price change,
but the difference will not be credited.
